7. Jury: International Light Art Award

Unna - I was honoured to be part of the international jury responsible for selecting three finalists out of 180 proposals - Dachroth & Jeschonnek, Yasuhiro Chida, and Jacqueline Hen. The finalists then realised the concepts in the cellar rooms of the International Centre for Light Art in Unna. Ultimately we selected Jacqueline Hen's "Light High" as the winner of the ILAA 2019. Other jury members were: Leevi Haapala (director of KIASMA, Helsinki), Wolfgang Ullrich (art historian), Barbara Könches (director of ZERO Foundation), Maria Hassabi (dancer, choreographer)
